My Actifit Report Card: January 26 2019
A.m. and p.m. dog walks. Pretty simple. Very cold day here in Charlotte. So we are going to change up my routine and not just move during dog walks. Also difficult to get K because my phone dies after a couple hours easily. Sometimes it only lasts for 45 minutes fully charged. Next week new phone new K push. For now only random usage.
Wow, check out those choppers! Puppies have 28 teeth and normal adult dogs have 42.
