Now is the past and the future!
The hot sun has begun! I put sunscreen on my face, arms and neck, wear a hat, and a torch on my arms. I have to go armed so i can protect myself from the ultraviolet rays!
These days, my face is wrinkled, so I'm more worried on a sunny day like this.😔
But I can't stop my passion for sports, so I walked and ran today.😁
