Night Walk My Actifit Report Card: November 12 2018
I found a recipe online for making healthy gummy bear snacks and was going to make that today but found out that I had still not acquired all of the ingredients. It's been about a week and a half since I found this recipe and I've had to order twice from amazon.com.
For such a simple recipe it's been taking quite a while. I think what I'll do is document my process and put it up as a steemit article hopefully in a day or so.
I drove down to Charleston to see therapist and then I drove Uber earlier and luckily nothing happened just a few trips and I was done for the night.
For exercise today I went and walked around my neighborhood. It was a nice walk at night it's raining a little but nothing too bad and the rain makes for an enjoyable variety.
