Running With The Spirits. My Actifit Report Card: October 29 2018
Just got back from my nightly run. I moved very little today and felt I'd be pretty upset with myself if i didn't get out there and get in a run.
Only two more days until Halloween. I'll miss all of the decorations that I get to check out while I run.
One night someone decided to put just one scarecrow up in their yard a long time before anyone else had put anything up and I swore that there was someone standing and just staring at me as I ran at 1 in the morning. It took me a moment to figure out what was going on and I felt pretty silly.
Tonight I ran for about an hour past the ghouls and terrors of the night and I think at least one spirit decided to follow me along my run.
