♉🔥My Actifit Journey🔥♉ Report Card for 12.18.18
How's your day & your week going so far? I hope it's moving along nicely for you! My day is flowing right along. I woke up with a decent amount of energy and promised myself that since I took a couple of lazy days, that I will make good use of it.
After injoying a couple cups of coffee I took my first walk this morning. Nothing special, just went to the store to get Farmer a pack of cigarettes. I am so thankful that I don't smoke cigarettes and that Farmer is in the process of quitting. Just thought I should share that :) When I got back I took care of a few things around the house, made a few more pieces of art, downloaded some more music and put together another Reiki Boost (will be uploading that shortly). After that I needed some more fresh air & movement...so I headed out for another short walk. This time I went to the local grocer to get a few supplies for the house.
It sure feels good to stay Actifit & get things done!

Oh April, those cigarettes or cancer sticks have so many people hooked. I have a brother who I wish could stop. Luckily I never tried it or got hooked to smoking. Wishing you an active Wednesday ahead 👍😁
