My Actifit Report Card: November 3 2018
Today was a typical weekend: chores, fishing, a walk in the garden (bananas are fruiting) and the very useful beauty berries are ripening (they have excellent insect and tick repellant properties)
I am contemplating adding planks to my daily workout for a month to see how well it works out. I’ll sleep on it tonight.
