So today I got involved in an epic ninja battle between the forces of lawful good and chaotic evil. Defeating hordes of evil zombie ninja make for an extraordinarily effective total body cardio workout...sure they’re slow, but if you’d ever sawed the head off a zombie ninja you’d know what I’m talking about.

Or, I missed the gym today and had a boring ol’ workout at home.
