My Actifit Report Card: January 22 2020
I had a really productive day yesterday.
I had no problem reaching my goal of 10,000 steps for the day, I don't know why but in the prior days I was not getting a large step count.
I started off really really doing exercises including sit-ups, push ups and weightlifting.
After that I had a really busy day at work with a lot of movements, it was a real busy day for a Wednesday.
In the evening I gained some extra steps by going jogging for a while.
I'm still working on today's step-count and only have 7000 steps so far, if I don't to get lazy I may be able to do another report.
I hope you all had a great day today and reached all of your goals.
