My Actifit Report Card: July 25 2019
Today was a very active Thursday, getting all of my steps today was quite a workout. A large portion of my steps we're contributed to unloading a truck and going up and down stairs.
I actually felt my legs get a little bit of a burning feeling carrying that weight upstairs.
I guess the best part about all of this is I didn't have to do anything when I got home to meet the goal of 10,000 steps.
Now I will take the rest of the evening off and play some steem monsters, watch some Netflix while having a nice stiff drink.

Why is it always the old guys off loading trucks. I am happy to never see another truck again, but then again we have to show the younger ones how to do things. Nearly missed your post as my VP dropped below my cut off on Steem Auto lol.
Ha, I walked slow and let the young laddies strut their stuff, Had to get the hands dirty you know. The vote power is hard to manage with all the different tribes, I don't want to create a bunch of different accounts like others. I do have my clubtampabay or @kellycakes1 I could use for sports, I may do that!
