My Actifit Report Card: September 27 2019
A morning walk along the boardwalk from Walnut Beach through Silver Sands State Park
I actually slept in for me waking up just before 6 Am, (well strictly speaking maybe not as I was awake from 2 to about 4 AM) but headed for a quick walk on the beach, and it was just a walk as I put my camera on charge last night and forgot it was sitting there, so when I got to the beach and took my camera bag out of the car I noticed how light it was and sure enough I didn't have my camera with me, but I was more focused on getting a quick 5K steps in so I didn't mind so much not having it, apart from that walk its been another fairly quiet day for me, I was telecommuting so got some work done and the other steps were just doing things around the house.
Starting with a couple of shots from recent visits to Silver Sands State Park a nice view any time of day but I think more so when you get the golden light near sunrise or sunset
This first shot is from the beach looking into the Park and the walkway over the marsh

Some lovely warm colors and not a cloud in the sky when I got to the beach this morning ( see I couldn't resist one shot looking along the beach)

It had been raining just a little while before I got to the Boardwalk, so the footprints of people there earlier were quite clear again

Those yellows that end orange, fresh footprints and a bare tree that is noticeable ... I like to walk barefoot when I find myself in natural places, I think I could see between those tracks my bare foot walking towards that horizon.
I used to love walking barefoot on the beach especially, I seldom do know as with taking blood thinners a small cut on my foot can take ages to stop the bleeding
I think that leading a very quiet life without many excesses in youth allows me today to enjoy things like walking barefoot, for example in the mountains.
yes that could be very true, I was not so healthy when I was younger shall I say LOL
Good morning. I have dawned with my heart in my mouth LOL, my daughter is in a competition and I must wait for the results with such anguish.
I also think that with the sense of sight we can fill ourselves with energy, so I do not miss any detail, my daughter tells me one of these days you will fall so much to look at the sky, LOL, when we have the results of the competition I will mount an article with the shots that my daughter has sent me.

Right now I want to clone myself, my clone that takes care of the housework and I will finish the pending with the writings and some photos that I want to have LOL
LOL A clone would be a good thing there are never enough hours in the day
