My Actifit Report Card: July 14 2019
I’m actually surprised at this score today as I thought it would be about 2500 or so! Well, 6000 isn’t bad :)
So, if anyone out there is still reading my posts, you’ll know I’m pretty stressed at the moment!
I have gone to a herbal doctor and am taking some kava - anyone familiar or tried?
I have also started training again, going to the gym is helping me have another focus outside of work!
I’m on ‘good’ money now, but it sure I’m intense! Hard work isn’t always a bad thing, right? I’m sure it will get better with time :)
I have tried kava..... I have tried various herbal remedies over the years. The most effective though I have to say has been a 10 minute meditation I do daily.
I hope the kava helps your situation though. Maybe don't take it for too long ;)
Yes it’s probably not a good idea to get used to taking it, I will feel a need for it then... I will do over the next 2-3 days but then I will try and stop
