First of all well done everyone and to my due regards i congratulate @franciferrer to lead it up, I was shocked to see his 10min plank which is almost the double of mine and so do he deserves to be on first position. Happy to get the second position there.

The thing which was disappointing is that very few participation took place and if i amnot wrong then on a average around 250 people regularly post on actifit so the numbers should be bit higher some what around 50 should be the minimum number of participants please guys no matter if we win or lose we all should participate.
