My Actifit Report Card: November 29 2019
Activity has been down a lot due to the arrival of winter weather. However, I was able to take a walk today which skyrocketed my activity levels. I found that winter weather doesn't agree with my health conditions. I have asthma and found the to really cold weather takes my breath away when I try taking my daily walk. So I will walk when I can and get back to regular walking and post as soon as I can.
