My Actifit Report Card: October 5 2019
Have really been neglectful in actifit. Today I finally got back to doing some walking. Met my 11k goal. Was really surprised when I saw that. Was not expecting it at all.
I guess it all came from work. Today my company moved to a new building across the street. Lots of back and forth. Hood for the step count. Now I hotta see if I can get back on that horse and keep riding :-)
