Be Cautious at Gym & My Actifit Report Card: March 17 2019

I always, wonder what is better either running in open or doing some cardio exercises at Gym. While I was gyming, my trainer told me , its better to have open running then treadmill. And I have felt it. Running in open needs more stamina then a treadmill. As open running requires you to push hard to run, while a treadmill machine make you move.

Anyway, I just came across this wonderful post from @ourdailyboard about silly mistakes made at Gym. A worth reading .

Today I again missed to keep the @actifit moving on phone there by making a good amount of activity count loss. Still manage to score 5k. Hope to build upon it. Sooner.

Yes.....5000 is the minimum to get some upvote. Which is quite maneagable considering it takes into account any kind of movement....like even if you make a travel by car...the clock remain ticking😜

Ohh, then what's the point of Actifit! Perhaps, it want everybody to keep moving or shaking. So even if you travel in a car, roads should be typical Indian ones ...kuchcha mud roads would be even better to keep you fit though your vehicle can become unfit. (It looks to be a zero-sum game.).

And actually, I was asking about the difference in activity count for treadmill as compared to actual running. But as you say, it doesn't matter.

Actually yes....it is of no use...till their is a full proof mechanism about the activity count....
I never tried these app on treadmill....
