Hello friends, today I started at 6 am with running ~6,3km. Now I am on my way to salsa lesson :) so additional steps are coming. I would like to go tomorrow at 6:15 am to the gym, but I am no sure if I can make it.... too tired after yesterday sleep :-/
I like to read books so I would like to use one quote from F.S.F.
