My Actifit Report Card: FIRST WORKOUT SESSION OF THE YEAR! 🏋🏼♂️
What’s up STACKERS!
Starting out 2019 with a visit to the Gym. This wasn’t a resolutions or anything like that. It was just that all the gyms were closed because of New Years Eve yesterday. 🤷🏼♂️
I think it was the first time in over a decade that I didn’t have a hangover on Jan 1st (stayed home and relaxed instead)! 😬🤣
Like usual, the gym was freakin’ packed with bunch of newbs and out of shape people.
Most of them were all getting new gym memberships. It’s going to be somewhat of a hassle to avoid the crowd this month but in a few weeks, it will be much better.
The reason why? 90% of them will quit eventually as they will all go back to their lazy ass habits stuffing their faces again. 🤣
I did pretty good today. I plan to get some massive lean "Gainz" this month! For all those who are doing the same, just remember... go hard everyday or don’t even go at all!
