13^ giorno di palestra. My Actifit Report Card: ottobre 21 2019
Non ho barato! Non esiste la mia scheda actifit “12^ giorno di palestra” non perché la settimana scorsa ho saltato una seduta di allenamento, ma semplicemente perché mi sono dimenticato di postarla... Per ora sto riuscendo ad essere costante e sono veramente soddisfatto di me stesso. Oggi invece eccomi qua, con questi 10000 passi suddivisi tra giornata lavorativa e palestra!
