Today was not a complete waste apart from wy time spent at work,I did not even go on a shopping spree or anything. I just came home.
Then a nap and did a few wheelie pushes and from there got some shit done on the pc. I do think my neck being sore has to do with me being more active vs just walking and that might junt be the proof I need to stop doing pushups and things.
I think I have found a valid and acceptable loop hole.
Also I should probably eat today.
