My Actifit Report Card: July 22 2019

오늘은 휴가였지만
꽤나 바쁜 하루였습니다~

오전에는 치과진료를 받았고
치과 진료 후에는 미용실!

그리고 오후에는
차량 점검을 받고 왔는데요~

차량 정기점검을 했더니
차가 제차가 아닌것 같더군요~

밟을 때 느낌이 더 좋아졌습니다~
밟으면 쭉쭉 나가니 기분이 좋네요~

하지만 집에 도착하고 차에서 내리니
오늘 날씨가 장난 아니었더군요...

지금은 에어컨과 함께 휴식 중입니다~

그럼 스티미언분들도
온열질환이나 냉방병 조심하시고
즐거운 저녁 보내세요~
