Actifit Tracking : Lifting Weights and Juice Bars 🌱
Hi Friends!
I never thought I’d say this... but I actually look forward to my workouts these days. I feel like I’ve hit my stride where I’m actually seeing results without dreading the workout itself. Lifting heavy weights 3 times a week and then just trying to walk everyday has been such a game changer.
I don’t feel guilty like I “should be doing more” everyday because I’m seeing more change with lifting weights than any other workout I’ve done before.
I decided to do probably the most millennial thing after workout today though... go to a fancy juice bar. 😂 The cover photo shot is from the inside of the spot. My juice was actually pretty good! But at $7 for a tiny glass, I should just go home next time and make a smoothie. 😬
