Had an awesome day filled with learning, movement, productivity and time with friends.

The Daily Health Highlight Reel
Did mini-workouts throughout the day for a total of 49 squats, 20 sumo squats, 20 lunges, 20 donkey kicks, 30 standing oblique twists, 20 wall push-ups, one minute wall sit.
Did a Jillian Michaels workout. 💪🏻
Back to mostly eating clean now that vacation is over. Grilled chicken breast and avocado for lunch. 🥑 and a fresh fruit smoothie after my workout 🍓 Went for some pizza after a few happy hour drinks with friends tonight though. 🍕 🤷♀️
- Went for a nice, long walk after my workout to stretch out my muscles.
