Hill intervals on the treadmill: March 14 2019
Fancied a different workout today so I opted for hill intervals on the treadmill.
Never done these before...
I did something like 2-3 mins hills with 1.5 mins rest - pace = 11.5 constant -
Hill inclines as follows...
- 2-3 degrees
- 2-4 degrees
- 2- 5 degrees
- 2- 7 degrees
4.8Ks total and 25 mins
I did a 1 K 12.5 KPH warm up to start.
Left my HRM at home so no nice HR pics!
3 mins 2-3 degrees
