My Actifit Report Card: October 30 2018
Yesterday I walked 3 miles during my commute and lunch. I planned to repeat this today and add walking up the stairs.
Today I walked 4 miles and used the stairs whenever possible. As my office is on the 7th floor, this added to my step count!
As this strategy is maxing out my reward steps every day, I think I will keep up this pace on weekdays. I will need a strategy for weekends, however.
