My Actifit Report Card: October 20 2018

3CB399AC-5049-465E-B768-13491C4D22A1.jpegA better count today after a good walk in the mountains. It’s been a cloudy day off and on with some light showers of rain but nothing can dampen my spirits. After my walk I was busy in the garden creating a tongue and groove wall to protect my solar panels from the weather and re- gravelling some areas - my back is aching and I am a little weary but it’s been a wonderfully satisfying day of activity❤️🤗🍀🌈🦋💚🌴🌅

    Buenas tardes mi amiga @sallybeth23 deseo que se encuentre bien después de recorrer los caminos de la montaña aquí en la isla donde yo vivo hay montañas inmensas y la neblina a lo alto las cubren y allí en la cima hace mucho frío y cuando están despejada se ven lindos paisajes. Tomar un buen baño con agua ni muy frías y ni muy caliente y reposar amiga para que el dolor de la espalda baje. Qué descanse y tenga una hermosa tarde y noche.
