- I had a hard time sleeping last night, so I ended up walking early this morning, and I scored an #AutomaticWin
- I had to work an early afternoon Starbucks shift today. The family was not home, so I walked to work early, and walked a few blocks before my shift started.
- My Starbucks shift was extremely busy at times because of all the Pokémon crazed people walking up and down Main Street. I easily gained over 5000 steps during my barista shift.
- I walked the Super Long way home after work, and I ended up sitting on my ass for a few hours.
- I played crazy old man with my sons this evening, and @theharvey and I walked 2500 steps this evening. Harvey is a strong walker.
@theharvey is a walking machine, and I’m thinking I should start training him for an Ultramarathon walk.
