My Actifit Report Card: February 17 2019
Today marks the 30th day of my lose belly fat program from the app I installed last month. Glad to day I say I saw a lot of improvement. Not just physically but healthwise, I felt a lot stronger and morr lively and happy. I was told that exercising regularly releases happy hormones. ^_^

The strength I feel isn't just physically though I can carry two containers of water nowadays. 💪I am also able to control my cravings and urges to eat unhealthy, unscheduled food. I can really say that the hunger we feel ever so often is just all in the mind.
The choices my family makes now is always the healthier choice. Walking instead of taking a cab, water over soda, protein over carbs, no fastfood on our dates, no unnecessary snacks. Might I add, we have saved some monnies for not buying those snacks. 😎
I have achieved my target for March but I am still working in achieving my year-long goal so the routine needs to continue. Workout, healthy diet, rest. Hopefully by March I reach another milestone. 😊
