My Actifit Report Card: January 21 2019

My legs are again feeling sore because I was able to jog again this morning. I downloaded the running app I used before. I was surprised to see that the last activity I did there was last 2017. I realized 2018 has been a very inactive year for me.

I have been making a lot of excuses last year. Although I did lose some weight because I have been conscious of the food I eat. Junk food like chips and soda for example was banned in our house. So my weight loss last year was all owed to proper diet.

This year is a combination of exercise and diet which I haven't really tried before. I just outrun a bad diet which I know I shouldn't have done. I am more conscious now especially since my kid always watches - and immitates - what I do. I got to set a good example. I try to anyway.
