My Actifit Report Card: January 3 2019
Today is day 2 of #healthier2019 challenge initiated by @anomadsoul. It is also my day 4 of my intermittent fasting. I'm getting the hang of it. I guess. I was still able to prepare lunch for my little one but still managed to not eat anything until my eating time.
I'm feeling a little bit lighter. And also, I was able to add three more activities to my daily routine. I did my daily ladder drills. Apart from that, I added 30 minutes of rope skipping, some 20 minutes of light weight lifting, and a bit of zumba dancing.
I didn't wamt to overwork myself just yet since this is just the first week of the challenge. Plus this week is my red week so I got to be a little kinder to myself if I don't want any injuries.
Tomorrow, I am going to do just the ladder drills and zumba.
