Getting Fit For Steem Fest with Actifit and Blocktrades: My Actifit Report Card: July 14 2019
Hello everyone! Happy Sunday and welcome to my fitness report.
This report is my entry for the Steem Fest for 2019, which is put together by @Actifit and @blocktrades. This post will be shared to Twitter via steemit.com
Now back to my Actifit report. I began my activity early this morning doing warmup exercises and calisthenics in my living room. After that wonderful session, I went walking around in the neighborhood for about two hours. The weather was nice and beautiful it was around 59F degrees with cool fresh air, cloudy skies and a little breezy. Morning walks are my favorite activity of the day especially outdoors and whenever it’s not too warm I’m all for it. And I enjoyed taking pictures while walking using my iPhone.
I got back home just before 10 a.m. and also achieved my automaticwin. At home I rested and then made myself a light breakfast of pops cereal with strawberries and milk and a glass of water.
Come afternoon, I went to Ruston Way and collected more steps leisurely strolling around the waterfront and then stopping by in one of the venues for a late lunch. After that delicious bbq beef meal I continued walking until I found a spot where I did my seven77 activity to be posted on Twitter and D.Tube and finally getting home and ending my day.
Overall, I had a fantastic and wonderful time with my activities today.
