My Actifit Report Card: December 11 2018
Welcome and Happy Tuesday, everyone!
Here today the weather is not good. It’s dark, gloomy, very cold, and raining. It has been raining since I woke up this morning and it’s still raining.
It’s not a good time nor would it be fun walking in the neighborhood. So, I’m staying inside where it’s warm and cozy. I did a few exercises on the floor with my yoga mat in the living room and I did my #adventurewalk on the treadmill this morning.
Then I had to go to my appointment. When I returned home I continued with my #adventurewalk on the treadmill.
I’m taking it easy today. I think I’d better go take a nap and stay in bed for a couple of hours where it’s warm and cozy; especially at a time when the weather is a chilly as it is right now.
So, I’ll say goodbye to my Actifit activity for today. There’s always tomorrow. Anyways, keep yourself active and stay warm. Perhaps have a hot nonalcoholic toddy drink will do good.

Good thing you have the treadmill at home so you can be active and warm indoors.Hopefully the weather will be better tomorrow. Have a great Wednesday ahead 👍😁
