January 11: 1st Miss on day 7
Sadly it wasn't to be a 7 for 7 week as my fears were realized that I would have needed to go for another walk to make it happen. That said, it was the most I had run all week as the weather was pleasant and I felt up for it. But I neglected the last walk as I was socializing due to it being the weekend. Have to get it done before evening when you'll be socializing. But as long as I get right back to it today no problem. A good habit is only broken if you go two days in a row without doing it.
