Got outside for a walk for the first time in awhile. But also had someone give me the idea to put your fitbit on your ankle while using a stationary bike. Granted, it only gives you half credit for that so you have to go pretty hard on it just to get 3000 steps over half an hour. But in winter months when running outside just isn't practical it was good to learn. Should be the difference between getting to make an actifit post most days and not at least.
