Mi sono iscritto in palestra!

Ecco cosa è successo oggi.

Domani sarà la mia prima sessione, so dice così?

Oppure si dice routine?

No... la routine mi sa che è quella dei concorsi.

Diciamo che ai concorsi al momento posso vendere i panini, non di certo partecipare.

Il ragazzo della palestra mi ha chiesto i miei obiettivi...

Ecco la mia risposta.

sono uno che non si accontenta facilmente, ma sa ammettere i suoi limiti! Il mio obiettivo è riuscire a non vergognarmi quando mi metto in costume!

Ho flaggato palestra nel menù a tendina perché in effetti ci sono andato.
All'ingresso... ma ci sono andato!

Iniziare é facile, il difficile é la costanza nell'andare ogni volta dopo 2,3 o 4 mesi. L'importante é prefissarsi un'obbiettivo e martellare finché non lo si raggiunge.💪🏻
