La mia carta resoconto Actifit: Ottobre 28 2019
Non ho inserito il contapassi, ne mattina ne pomeriggio l'ho usato molto, si vede che chiudevo l'applicazione involontariamente tra una cosa e l'altra.
Per fortuna c'è stata la corsa in pausa che mi ha salvato il report, altrimenti col piffero che riuscivo a postare oggi.
Domani sicuramente non riuscirò ad andare a correre, già vi avviso, non riesco perché sarò ad un corso nel pomeriggio, quindi non avrò il tempo di allenarmi.
