La mia carta resoconto Actifit: Ottobre 27 2019
Mamma mia ragazzi,
dal report dei passi di oggi, direi che è qualsiasi giorno della settimana, tranne che domenica!
In realtà, c'è un perché a tutti questi passi di oggi, ho iniziato questa mattina andando a fare la spesa, per poi passare all'ospedale a trovare mia mamma che è ancora ricoverata, dopodiché a mezzogiorno sono stato a mangiare dai miei suoceri, lì, ad aspettarmi c'era il mio piccolo personal trainer che ha voluto correre e giocare assieme a me, nel pomeriggio, mi ha chiamato un mio amico che non vedevo da un sacco di anni, che avendo dei problemi, ha voluto sfogarsi un po' affidando i propri pensieri alle mie morbide orecchie!
Ovviamente il modo migliore per raccontare qualcosa ad un amico e camminare, infatti abbiamo camminato parecchio mentre ascoltavo quello che aveva da dirmi!
Tornato a casa Ho sistemato ancora un po' il giardino per prepararlo alla stagione invernale, ed ho anche tagliato l'erba.
Fiuuu, per essere una domenica è stata davvero bella movimentata, sfido io che hai raggiunto quasi i 13000 passi, quelli nell'ospedale per tua madre però è ora di evitarli....
Innanzitutto auguro a tua madre di rimettersi in un nanosecondo...
Per il resto tutti i passi che hai fatto oggi sono stati ben spesi...
