La mia carta resoconto Actifit: Ottobre 26 2019

Sul mio report di oggi, ho ben poco da scrivere per quanto riguarda l'esercizio fisico, mi sono alzato verso le otto, ho dato una mano a mia figlia a fare i compiti nel frattempo ho sbrigato qualche faccenda di casa, poi sono uscito con lei per andare a comprare qualcosa dal panettiere e dal macellaio, facendo anche la solita capatina in edicola.
Il pomeriggio invece l'ho dedicato al negozio di mia moglie, dove le ho dato il cambio per qualche ora.
La cosa bella è che, essendoci una bellissima giornata di sole, si può andare avanti e indietro camminando.
Non ho raggiunto grandi risultati oggi, ma era una cosa che già mi aspettavo!

Beh, dai, hai toccato i 5000 passi superandoli, non c'è male tutto sommato, se poi per caso era quasi in preventivo allora non c'è nulla di cui preoccuparsi...
