This is my first running report, actually first of a long long series I want to start here on Steemit!
I’m starting this running experience because I am an Agonistic Karate Athlete and the running is an important task of my specific training both for body resistance and breath resistance.
In this 1st report I ran around a big green park near my girlfriend’s house, these are the results: 7 kilometers and 7662 steps in about 31 minutes.
After that I did a stretching session long 10mins, push-ups session with about 100 total push-ups and an abs session long 2-3 mins.
