My Actifit Report Card: November 20 2018

아침이나 점심시간에 걸었더니 오랜만에 1만보가 넘었어요. 미세먼지가 애매한 수준이라 그냥 걸었는데 목이 칼칼하고 코가 건조한 느낌이 살짝 드네요. 요즘 필터 교체형 마스크에 눈길이 가는데, 식약처의 품질기준을 통과한 제품이 안심되기는 해요. 단, 일회용인게 문제죠. 깨끗한 공기도 돈 주고 사야하는 시대가 된 것 같아 씁쓸하네요.
