‘나는 당신이 오래오래 걸었으면 좋겠습니다.’라는 책을 읽기 시작했다. 걷는데에도 올바른 자세가 있다는걸 처음 알았다. 바르지 못한 자세로 걸으면 몸이 상한다. 따라서 걷는데에도 자세 연습과 훈련이 필요하다.
걷는 자세의 핵심은 무게중심의 이동이다. 간단히 요약하면 뒤꿈치 - 발바닥의 바깥쪽 - 엄지발가락 아래 불룩한 부분 - 엄지발가락으로 지면을 차면서 이동하면 된다.
I started reading a book called 'I hope you will walk long.' I learned that I had the right act to walk. Therefore, training is also necessary for walking.
The key to a walking posture is weight shifting. Simply put, Back heel - outside of footpad - bulging under toe - move while kicking the ground with thumb.
올바르게 걸어야 효과도 좋겠죠?
