My Actifit Report Card: August 3 2019
I got a 3 mile run in today! I started off strong, kind of petered out over the last mile. Still it felt good to be running again. After my surgery I’m gonna try to make it a regular routine thing.
Took the kids to a birthday party and it was lotta fun. Then I took a family down to go my wife for her reunion lots of people lots of fun.
