My Actifit Report Card: January 4 2019
I got a four mile run in today! First time I’ve gone that far in a while. It felt good although I wasn’t particularly fast and man do my calves ache right now. I don’t think I’ve mentioned yet that I run in five fingered vibrams so very close to bare foot running with just some feet protection. It’s improved things considerably for me running but it does really work out ones calves. I’ll have to write a full post about them sometime.
