My Actifit Report Card: November 6 2018
I spent most of the afternoon getting way to distracted by the elections. I did sneak in a walk at work and with my stroll in the morning I managed to get in some exercise. I have to work from home tomorrow so maybe I can sneak in a run at some point.
Overall I am happy with the election results. Not perfect but I’ll take it. It will be interesting to see how this lame duck session goes.
