My Actifit Report Card: February 19, 2019
Today I went to the gym and worked on strength and core training with my personal trainer. I lifted weights, used the leg press machine, walked on the treadmill, used the rowing machine and was even able to do several hanging leg press.
My trainer was very proud of my progress and and commended me for working hard.
I have increased my water intake and my protein levels, but I am still almost totally wiped out after I finish with my workouts.
Great workout session it really makes us feel happy when we are recovering and start getting back in form.
