My Actifit Report Card: October 16 2019

I spent a lot of time in the car, but I managed to get on the bike for a while and ride a short route.

The result of almost 7k is not bad.

Autumn is a wonderful time of year. I have many nice pictures that I would like to show you.

Maybe tomorrow I will write a post from a walk .... But it's tomorrow :)
