My Actifit Report Card: October 14 2019... Awesome Monday ๐๐ฃ๐โ๐๐ช๐๐ฏ๐ถโจ
Hello Everyone ๐,
A very warm welcome to my Monday report ๐. Time to let you in on how my day unfolded in terms of fitness.
I had aimed to start my day with an automaticwin but when the alarm went off, the rain โ was beating down hard on the window and roof๐ฑ.
So I just went back to sleep ๐ค and looked forward to catch up during the lunchtime and sunset walks.
By the time I got ready to head off to the office the raining had dwindled down to a slow drizzle. So I walked down to the main highway under my umbrella.
Luckily the bus arrived within a minute and off we went. I was happy to make it to the office earlier than expected ๐.
I got going with the assigned tasks of the day. Monday can get busy with new stuff coming in and the pending stuff from Friday. Anyway, I got through it all and was happy to take the lunch break.
There was some nice warm sunshine ๐ as I made my way around the block.
After that awesome session I came back in for the afternoon session. That went well, no Monday blues to report ๐น.
I did commute back home when time was up. At home I rested and relaxed while doing a little bit of steeming. Then I had my tea and snacks.
Having missed my morning session I had an extended sunset โ
walk to compensate. Luckily it didn't rain and I made it back home dry.
At home I did my pushups then had a shower. Later I caught up with the news and also had my dinner. Now trying to get my report ready and take my exhaustion to bed.

Hi Eric, well at least you got some extra rest this morning since it was raining. Probably not too bad a way to start a new week, all rested up. You still got in your steps though by adding a longer evening walk. Is that picture your rose bush? You picked some nice music today. Hope the rest of your week goes well!
Thank you for the lovely comment Tammy. My goodness that rain โ was disappointing but you are right ๐ฏ, I saved that energy for later.
That is my rose at home and if you look closely you can see a ๐ bee inside. My camera is not accurate but I tried๐น.
