My Actifit Report Card: January 1 2019 New Year Edition ๐๐๐
Hello Everyone,
Happy New year 2019. Welcome to my first report of 2019. We began the automaticwin challenge today so I was up at around 7:30 for the morning jog. It started as a brisk walk that escalated to a jog.
I had feared that it might rain but it didn't. As I was jogging I kept thinking of how naughty I have been. Between chocolates,cakes, cookies,wine and champagnes. I have indulged this season and its a perfect time to burn off those calories.
I came back to some house chores. Then went online to check out your wonderful posts and comments.
By afternoon the sun was out and it was a beautiful day. Perfect for riding,,so I was out in the neighborhood and even met some of my young riding pals having fun riding their bikes too.
I rode for a while, came back home for a snack around 5pm then went right back to riding. Today is a public holiday and so the roads were a little empty. I came back home around 7pm as it began to get dark and called it a day.
Thank you so much for reading and as I have kept on saying; may 2019 be your best year yet. May you accomplish and supercede your resolutions.

Hi Eric, I enjoyed reading your report youโre off to a very good start and enjoyed your workout overall. You had a fun day and at the same time conscious of your intake. I do that sometimes too myself. It was the season for it so what can you say. But itโs always good to be aware of it doing something about it, is a good thing Iโd say.

Over 50K, off and running for the 7 day challenge! Great effort on day 1, this is going to be a tough challenge to make it to the top 10, so many great actifitters!
You are right about that, I won the very first automaticwin challenge averaging 30k steps but now people are doing over 60k steps. Its tough but fun๐๐
