My Actifit Report Card: October 9 2018

Hello Everyone,
I had a terrific Tuesday, I started the day with an early morning jog. I did close to thirty minutes in the fresh crisp morning air. It felt so great.
I went about my day as usual.But I left work a bit early as I had a few errands to run
town. Since it wasn't that hot or sunny I chose to walk as opposed to taking an uber. It must have been about 4 hours of continuous walking.
By the time I got home I was over 20K steps. Pretty good score for a Tuesday. Thank you all for reading, I appreciate all of you....feel free to comment or suggest.

    4 hrs walking WOW, that is a lot! You should have much more steps! Where do you carry your smartphone?

    Hey Peter, yes it was pretty much 4 hours but there is a time my phone was off. I think I accidentally switched it off after a conversation with a friend. Otherwise it was on most of the time, mostly in my pocket or hand. Thank u for stopping by 😁
