What a beautiful Sunday
It rained early in the day and afternoon was really hot and spectacular.
I managed as always to get my steps in.
Since hard to find the rhythm and hit the nail and get to 10k.
Still a goal I need to achieve maybe twice a week.
I can’t wait to see the change in the actifit app for iOS.

When you think NBA news free agency was done, there is more to come.
Kahwi played Lakers and Raptors knowing he was not going to come to their place.
Actually after winning a championship why be a second wheel for king James.
Toronto I am not sure what they expect when he was not planning on staying there at all.
Chris Paul cannot get along with other players.

Hard to swallow how they lost to Golden State
Definitely drama will fume this season.
Miami is still looking for his duo as well to entertain us in South Beach.
Jimmy Butler May have to run the show alone.
Lately a lot of first round picks are demanding for a trade and all.
Maybe it is the way free agency works now in the nba.

The weather was a bit rainy where I am , I do watch basketball though and my team is golden state warriors I know for sure that this season s going to be a tough season. And I am looking forward to this year basketball world cup @pouchon
I have the feeling this is the new normal in the NBA. There’s going to be a ton of players leaving every year. At least it’ll make free agency interesting.
