My Actifit Report Card: February 23 2019
媳妇说新学的一道菜，“清蒸鲈鱼”，中午回来准备给我大显身手，展示展示“陈大厨”的经典厨艺，听完顿时高兴起来，还简单给我说了制作过程。先把鱼改刀腌制，鱼肚放葱姜蒜，倒入料酒大火蒸十分钟左右，关火虚蒸5分钟，然后去除鱼肚内的葱姜蒜，倒掉汤汁（腥味都在汤汁里），从新摆上花椒葱姜，最后用热油一泼就OK。听着到不错，很是期待！
考虑到女儿的视力正确坐姿以及书写环境，就决定和媳妇一起去给女儿买一张“书桌”，去挑选的时候有很多种，有办公用的，初中，高中生用的等等，最后购买了一个根据年龄段，可以调节的，这样以后还可以使用。回来之后根据她的身高进行调试一下，她于是感慨了一句：“我终于有自己的书桌了”！对于孩子们的成长我们必须重视，特别是从身体健康还是学习环境都是要用心考虑周全！
今天用班前会时间与晚班家人一起练习了队列，一方面是有几位新加入的家人他们的队列动作不是很标准，看到别的兄弟姐妹在班前会的动作和自己的相比，能看出他们自己都有些“尴尬”，为了起到统一标准；另一方面也是对其他老家人们的练习及检阅，提升大家的精，气，神，调整好状态，准备进入“工作模式”！
